I
snapped these photos this morning as I drove from Laramie, where I was visiting
my son who attends the University of Wyoming, to Casper and on home.
This
beaverslide haystack, one of many seen on a ranch near Medicine Bow, is perhaps
a throwback to the days when the Virginian* (my first love) ranched in the
area.
A
Hereford heifer grazing with some Charolais and Charolais-cross calves near
Shirley Basin.
Further
up the road, this beautiful Red Angus pair posed atop a hill covered with
sagebrush and rubber rabbitbrush.
