At the ripe old age of 2 days, Blueberry’s kids
already display distinct personalities. Jubilee has little patience for
cuddling and complains loudly if detained. Full of curiosity, orneriness, and joie de vivre, she’s too busy
investigating her world, hip-hopping around the stall, and playing with her
brother to be petted.
In contrast, Jack is much mellower than his
twin. Oh, he skips and runs after Jubilee, but if he attempts a flying leap in
the air and happens to fall down, he often just stays there on his side. It’s
as if he’s thinking, Hmm. While I’m down
here, I might as well rest. Jack is much less opposed to petting and
snuggling. The only time he gets excited is mealtime!
